Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 115934
Patient who relies on her nose for work and is in the spotlight often. Since the patient had an established "look" and had a diverse multicultural background, different options were discussed with the patient to try and understand the patient’s aesthetic. Patient also had severe septal deviation present. Based on patient’s aesthetic goals a closed rhinoplasty was performed to reshape both nasal tip and nasal dorsum. Buccal fat removal was also performed to reshape patient’s highlights. Post procedures patient nose and face still appears similar to pre procedure with improvement in shape and breathing present.
