Patient with dramatic deviation to the right side and nearly 100% blockage in right side. Please note there is a scar along the bridge which was not directly addressed by surgery but due to fixing the area of trauma has improved. Dr. Shah helped her breathing by using an advanced septoplasty technique where the crooked portion was excised and replaced.
