Patient who was overall happy with nose but desired a straighter profile and slightly more feminine nose but with a natural appearance. Factors in her nose causing it to look stronger include the lack of supratip break on profile view, elevation along the bridge of the nose and downward progression of the nose with smiling. Overall her profile was improved by bringing down the bridge height but keeping some height present to make the nose appear natural and unoperated. In addition, her nose was given a slight supratip break on profile view to help balance it out. Her frontal smiling view reflects a slightly narrower tip and demonstrates the nasal tip with less widening due to increased nasal tip support.
