Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 301633
Patient with a caudal deviation of septum to right, dorsal deviation of nose to right and bulbous nasal tip. Patient wants a straighter nose from the front, narrower nasal tip and improvement in breathing all while looking natural and with a straight bridge from profile view. Her postoperative results demonstrate improvement in her breathing with a caudal deviation improved as well as straighter bridge. Caudal deviation is very difficult problem to correct as it is part of the foundation of the nose. Her nasal tip is reshaped to not look pinched but more fitting to her face to make it look more feminine.
