Crooked Long Noses
Patient who had a severely deviated nose. In addition, patient complained that his nose was also too long, overly projected and thin for his face. He emphasized that he wanted his nose to not "stick up" and look natural on lateral view.
In his case, he had severe deviation of the septum and nasal bone on the right side of his nose which was deficient and missing. His case required resection of the entire septum and replacement with straight segments. His views demonstrate a masculine, natural nose with improved symmetry for his face.
Many patients ask me if I have a style of nose. His case illustrates that not all noses are meant to look the same. His nose retains natural elements. By design, his nasal tip is not pointing up and his nose has a less dominating presence on his face.
