Short Nose
The "Short Nose" Represents a challenge for patient and rhinoplasty surgeon alike. This patient complained of nasal obstruction but also disliked her nasolabial angle.
In this case . to resupport her airway and change her short nose, 14 separate grafts were used in addition to several advanced rhinoplasty maneuvers to achieve the desired rotation and projection of the nose.
