Thick Skinned Male Nose
This patient complains about the lack of shape to his nose and nasal profile. The main issue with his nose is that he has both thick nasal skin coupled with weak support from his lower lateral cartilages. In order to help give his nose a narrower and less round appearance, his nose was reshaped and given better support.
