Patient who has had a facelift and age appropriate rhinoplasty. Facelift was used to correct the jawline, hanging skin along the neck and improve the facial shape of the patient. During the same procedure, the patient had the nasal shape improved as well. With time, the patients nose had begun to look longer, and nasal reshaping was used to give the patient a younger looking nose.
