The main goals for patient are a straighter nose, deprojected nose and improved breathing. Almost every nose has some deviation and if not addressed can lead to less than ideal surgical aesthetic and functional outcomes. Her postoperative result demonstrates improvement in all of these factors. Since Dr. Shah deprojected her nose, her outcome was assisted by frequent office follow ups and taping to manage her swelling.
