Patient seeking changes to her profile. She is concerned with the bridge of the nose. The patient has weak tip support and was initially wanting to do a closed approach. However, more support was discussed with the patient to put the nasal tip in a better location and help resist the nose from wanting to fall with smiling. After the procedure, the patient was noted to have improved appearance on profile as well as more nasal tip support. A straighter profile can help patients improve the facial balance and help the other facial features stand out as well. A small chin implant was also placed to balance out her profile.
