Patient with markedly crooked nose and nasal obstruction severe. Patient had both deviated nasal bones as well as deviated nasal septum. Straightening a crooked nose is considered one of the most difficult challenges in rhinoplasty. Dr. Shah used a more aggressive septal technique not described in the medical literature to create an improved foundation for a new nose to be set. The patient's asymmetric nasal tip (as seen on bird's eye view) contributes to her asymmetric nasal appearance. By softening the patient's nasal appearance and improving her nasal deviation, the rest of her facial features now stand out in relation to the nose.
